The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Ceridian reputed company HCM, a passion for HR data reporting and analytics, and the ability to reputed company reputed company improvements that support our dynamic organization. This role focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of HRIS operations with a strong emphasis on data reputed company, reporting, and end-user support. reputed company • Administer and maintain Ceridian reputed company HCM, including reputed company HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management modules. • reputed company, manage, and maintain reputed company HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using reputed company Report Designer and reputed company BI. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company business requirements, design reporting solutions, and reputed company actionable insights. • Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including data entry, auditing, and troubleshooting issues. • Support reputed company upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new modules or features. • Maintain user reputed company, reputed company roles, and permissions; ensure data reputed company and compliance with regulatory standards. • Train HR staff and business users on reputed company functionality, reporting tools, and best practices. • reputed company process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and user experience. • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and user guides for reputed company usage and procedures. • Assist in developing and supporting integrations with reputed company-party vendors and platforms. Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in reputed company Report Designer, reputed company BI, and reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts). • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, and data relationships. • Familiarity with benefit eligibility rules, enrollment procedures, and HR compliance standards. • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ceridian reputed company certification(s). • Experience supporting or managing reputed company integrations with reputed company-party vendors. • Knowledge of organizational development, change management, and user training principles. • Prior experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
