PropertyHealth is a new commercial property intelligence company built for organizations that own and operate multi-location commercial real estate portfolios.
We're building nationally from day one and looking for a sharp, hungry part-time SDR who wants to help build the outbound sales engine from the ground up.
This is not a scripted call-center position.
You'll work directly with the founder to identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, create conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings.
What You'll Do
Prospect multi-location commercial property operators across the U.S.
Identify owners, COOs, facilities leaders, operations leaders, and real estate decision-makers
Make outbound cold calls
Conduct email follow-up
Work and maintain le in Apollo/CRM
Follow up persistently with prospects
Qualify opportunities
Book qualified discovery meetings directly onto the founder's calendar
Help refine messaging based on what you're hearing in the market
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in years of experience than we are in ability, energy, competitiveness, and consistency.
You should be:
Comfortable making cold calls
Strong and natural on the phone
Persistent without being obnoxious
Organized
Coachable
Comfortable talking with business owners and executives
Motivated by building something rather than simply completing a call quota
B2B outbound, SDR, appointment-setting, commercial real estate, construction, facilities, SaaS, insurance, or similar experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
$20–$25/hour depending on experience
Approximately 15–20 hours/week initially
$250 bonus for every account you source that becomes a paying PropertyHealth customer
Opportunity for increased hours, compensation, and responsibility if you perform
This starts as a 30-day working trial.
If you can consistently generate qualified pipeline, we want this to become a long-term role with substantial upside as PropertyHealth grows nationally.
To Apply
Please include:
Your experience with cold calling or outbound sales.
How many outbound calls were you actually making per day in your most recent role?
An example of something you've successfully sold or booked meetings for.

If possible, include a short voice introduction or Loom video. Phone presence matters for this role.
