About the Role
We're looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to oversee construction and buildout projects across our pediatric clinic locations in the Chicago area. This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep projects on schedule, on budget, and organized from start to finish, while collaborating closely with our operations team. This is a contract, part-time role.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day progress on projects at our pediatric clinic locations, from planning through completion
Collaborate with our operations teams to align project timelines with clinic needs
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Communicate updates and flag issues to stakeholders
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Secure or purchase finishing materials for projects
Qualifications
Experience overseeing or coordinating projects (construction experience a plus, not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working on-site and coordinating multiple moving pieces
Must have reliable transportation to oversee progress of sites in the Chicagoland area.
A degree in project management is not required.
