Job Title: Recruitment & Financial Manager Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Hybrid / Remote) Job Type: Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized manager to support our hiring processes and manage day-to-day QuickBooks accounting. This is a hybrid/remote role requiring the successful candidate to be based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job advertising, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and support basic HR administration
Handle all QuickBooks accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
Ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
Liaise with the team on both people and finance-related matters
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
BCom degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, or Business Management)
Proven experience in recruitment/hiring and QuickBooks accounting
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid/remote setup
Based in Cape Town (hybrid attendance required as needed)
