Remote Collections Specialist: Training & High Earnings

Assurant is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team. The role starts with paid training in our Bothell, WA area and transitions to remote work after completion, with a 100‐mile residency requirement.

You will learn state and federal laws related to collections, use our software, and develop negotiation and dispute-resolution skills aimed at resolving debt while preserving customer service quality.
