We have both <strong>Full-Time and Part-Time</strong> positions available. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone of support for our senior leadership, ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently and their administrative needs are met with professionalism and discretion. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional support.<br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><br>* Managing and maintaining complex diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings across multiple time zones.<br><br>* Coordinating all aspects of national and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and creating detailed itineraries.<br><br>* Preparing meeting agendas, collating necessary documents, and taking accurate minutes during meetings.<br><br>* Screening emails, correspondence, and phone calls, and handling enquiries in a timely and professional manner.<br><br>* Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.<br><br>* Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.<br><br>* Conducting research and compiling information to support various projects and initiatives.<br><br>* Acting as a key point of contact and liaising with internal colleagues and external partners.<br><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><br>* Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.<br><br>* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.<br><br>* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.<br><br>* A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br><br>* The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.<br><br>* A strong sense of discretion and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.<br><br>* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills.<br><br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><br><br>* A competitive hourly wage of <strong>$25 - $30 USD per hour</strong>, dependent on experience.<br><br>* The flexibility of a fully remote position.<br><br>* Flexible working arrangements with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.<br><br>* The chance to be an integral part of an innovative and growing organisation.<br> </p>
