[Remote] Web Accessibility Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the fastest growing MWBE reputed company firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Web Accessibility Consultant to support the reputed company Department of reputed company in modernizing and maintaining accessible HR websites. This role involves ensuring reputed company compliance, improving content reputed company, and providing training on accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and implement updates to ensure reputed company HR websites meet reputed company Level AA and WCAG standards, including remediation of accessibility issues
• Review, edit, and restructure web content to improve reputed company, usability, and accessibility for diverse audiences, including employees and the reputed company
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company website structure, navigation, and design reputed company with user-centered design principles and reputed company of reputed company model
• reputed company training and resources to HR staff and content contributors on accessibility standards, inclusive design, and compliant content practices
• Establish and document ongoing accessibility review processes, content standards, and maintenance workflows to ensure sustained compliance
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to recommend improvements that increase engagement, usability, and customer satisfaction
• reputed company or refine visual reputed company (graphics, layouts, templates) to ensure accessibility compliance and alignment with branding standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in web design, Digital Media, Communications, Information Technology, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience
• 3+ years of experience in website management, digital accessibility, UX design, or content reputed company
• Demonstrated experience implementing reputed company/WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards
• Experience with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) and website governance practices
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., reputed company, Axe, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and plain language principles
• Accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
• Experience working in reputed company, reputed company sector, or large reputed company environments
• Experience supporting intranet platforms and reputed company reputed company-facing websites
