<strong>Duration: </strong>12+ Months<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>PA- 100% Remote<br><br><strong>Overview: </strong>Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Workday HR Specialist, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work with HR Business Partners to help define HR processes and how they will work within the framework of a HR Cloud System</li><li>Contribute to technical projects related to platform extendibility, data integrity, and other HR-related systems</li><li>Serve as a tier 3 escalation for system support cases</li><li>Execute process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation</li><li>Translate functional requirements into technical documentation to support specific implementation scenarios, reports, or queries utilizing appropriate tool</li><li>Support, document, and maintain Workday configuration of third party vendors for our HR Platform functional footprint</li><li>Assist and collaborate with technical teams in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches</li><li>Present and defend functional and technical solutions</li><li>Document integration processes as well as results across other team in HR Systems and Technology</li><li>Work with Quality Assurance team to determine all necessary testing is accounted and documented</li><li>Workday HR Specialist (Functional, Requirements, Integration, Testing)</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent</li><li>Generally requires 1-3 years related experience in Workday systems implementation and support</li><li>Has awareness of process design and redesign skills</li><li>Has awareness of, knowledge of, and ability to, apply project management skills</li><li>Has awareness of new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products, and make recommendation features</li><li>Able to provide feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users</li><li>Well versed in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel and PowerPoint for presentation development</li><li>Experience with HP Octane for ticket management and test case execution and tracking is preferred but not required</li><li>Regular, consistent and punctual attendance</li><li>Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary<br><br></li></ul>The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 or the hourly equivalent.
