We're Hiring: Account Executive – Outbound Sales (Independent Contractor, Remote, Philippines | US Business Hours)
We're looking for a driven Account Executive to sell website redesign and optimization services to US home-services business owners (roofing, restoration, HVAC, general contracting). This is high-velocity, full-cycle sales: prospect, cold call, uncover the pain, demo, and close.
Important: This is a night-shift role (US business hours). Only apply if you're genuinely comfortable working nights in the Philippines.
⚠️ Minimum Equipment Requirements (must-have to be considered)
- Computer: i5 (8th gen+) / Ryzen 5 / M1 or newer, 8GB+ RAM, SSD
- Internet: Wired fiber/DSL, hardwired via ethernet, 25 Mbps+ down / 10 Mbps+ up, plus a backup connection on a different carrier (pocket WiFi/mobile data)
- Heet: USB wired, noise-cancelling boom mic
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls and emails to US home-services businesses
- Identify pain points: outdated design, poor mobile experience, slow load times, low search visibility
- Show owners how a better website drives le and revenue
- Book and run discovery calls and demos
- Present, close, and upsell into monthly service plans
- Keep accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM)
- Hit daily and monthly targets
Daily performance standard
- 200 dials/day
- 15 live conversations/day
- 2 booked demos/day
- Daily activity summary + weekly report
Who you are
- Experience in outbound, B2B sales, or business development
- C1+ English: clear, confident, neutral spoken English
- Comfortable cold calling and handling objections
- Confident closer, ideally in a same-day sales environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bonus: experience selling digital marketing, web, or SaaS services

Compensation Competitive monthly contractor pay plus uncapped commission on every sale and every recurring monthly plan. Strong closers earn well here — your income grows directly with your results.
