Webflow Developer and Web Designer

About the Role
Fronin Limited is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer and Web Designer based in the Philippines to manage, improve and expand our websites.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently design and develop professional, high-performing websites in Webflow. You will create new pages, improve existing website designs, publish blog content and build entirely new websites from concept through to launch.
You must have strong practical Webflow experience and a portfolio demonstrating websites you have personally designed or developed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete websites using Webflow
- Create new landing pages, service pages, campaign pages and website sections
- Improve the design, layout and user experience of existing websites
- Build and maintain Webflow CMS collections
- Upload, format and publish blog articles and other website content
- Ensure all websites are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
- Create reusable components and maintain consistent design systems
- Implement professional animations and interactions where appropriate
- Optimise websites for speed, accessibility and search engines
- Configure forms, redirects, metadata, integrations and tracking tools
- Integrate Webflow forms with HubSpot, including contact creation, lead capture, field mapping, tracking and automated workflows
- Identify and resolve design, layout and functionality issues
- Work from written briefs, references, wireframes and brand guidelines
- Manage multiple websites and deliver work within agreed deadlines
- Test all pages carefully before publication
- Provide ongoing website maintenance and improvements
Essential Requirements
- At least three years of professional Webflow development experience
- Strong web design and visual design capabilities
- Advanced understanding of Webflow CMS, components, interactions and responsive development
- Demonstrated experience building complete Webflow websites from the ground up
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, with basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience creating conversion-focused landing pages
- Good understanding of technical and on-page SEO
- Ability to optimise website performance and Core Web Vitals
- Strong attention to typography, spacing, responsiveness and design consistency
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completed work
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
Highly Desirable
- Experience using Figma
- Experience creating wireframes and original website concepts
- Experience using Relume, Finsweet Client-First, Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow tools
- Experience with HubSpot forms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
- Basic graphic design and image-editing capabilities
- Understanding of website conversion rate optimisation
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical Webflow skills with sound design judgement. You should be able to receive a brief, understand the commercial objective and produce a polished result without requiring constant supervision.
This role is not suitable for someone who has only completed basic Webflow courses or relies entirely on templates. You must be comfortable solving development problems, improving existing designs and independently building professional websites from beginning to end.
